It’s the most wonderful time of the year — especially if you’re a Trader Joe’s shopper! If there is one thing Trader Joe’s is known for, it’s for always having the most delicious holiday grocery items at the best prices. So if Trader Joe’s is your go-to destination for Christmas grocery shopping, you are certainly not alone.

By now you are likely finalizing your holiday menu and organizing your shopping list. But before you head to Trader Joe’s to pick up last-minute desserts, snacks, or baking ingredients this Christmas, you’ll want to commit the store’s holiday hours to memory to avoid pulling into the parking lot when its doors are already closed.

What Are Trader Joe’s Christmas Hours?

This year, Christmas Eve falls on Sunday, December 24, which means Christmas Day will be celebrated on Monday, December 25. Should you find yourself in need of any Trader Joe’s items on Christmas Eve, you’re in luck because Trader Joe’s stores will be open at their usual time and remain open until 5 p.m. However, you’ll want to be sure to get everything you need for the following day while you’re there, because Trader Joe’s will be closed on Christmas Day. The store will reopen and resume regular hours on Tuesday, December 26.

Trader Joe’s has once again pulled out all the stops this year when it comes to seasonal goodies. From holiday Comice pears to a shareable shortbread French butter cookie, it’s nearly impossible to set foot in the store without adding some cheery holiday flavors to your cart. If you’re headed to an adults-only holiday party, consider giving Trader Joe’s boozy macarons a try, or if you’re planning to celebrate at home this year, you won’t want to miss some of Trader Joe’s employees’ must-have holiday grocery items.

If you’re brand new to the wonderful world of Trader Joe’s, there’s no time like the present to take a stroll down its aisles and enjoy all of the tasty seasonal items before they’re gone for the year.
