Babies come in all shapes and sizes. Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum, the eight-month-old son of Paris Hilton and Carter Reum, happens to have kind of a big head. He’s still an adorable little boy. So can everyone please be normal?
Sadly, no. After Hilton posted a sweet mother-son pic to her Instagram, locals in the comments began speculating about what medical conditions her son might have, and comparing him to Stewie, the evil and randomly British toddler on Family Guy. Hilton was classy enough to ignore it for a minute, but after a TikToker compiled the rudest comments and rightly called them out for being inappropriate, she decided to respond.

Hilton later opened up about the downsides of raising a baby “in the spotlight” on her Instagram Stories and asked for kindness and empathy from her followers, writing, “Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable…If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic.”
