Jessica Flinn has unveiled its latest creation, a chocolate engagement ring just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The piece is crafted as a replica of an engagement ring, but entirely edible and crafted from the finest quality chocolate.
The aim of the piece is to put a twist on the traditional engagement and alleviate pressure.
This allows a couple to “savour the sweet anticipation” of the proposal moment while preserving the excitement of later selecting the ideal ring.
This exclusive chocolate piece mirrors the intricate design details of Jessica Flinn’s engagement ring styles, ensuring a “truly unique and indulgent” proposal experience.
Jessica Flinn is already in conversation with a local bakery, Cocoa Wonderland, to craft as many chocolate rings as needed.
Jessica Flinn, founder and head designer of Jessica Flinn Fine Jewellery, said: ” With our exclusive concept of the Chocolate Engagement Ring, a special couple can savour a moment of sweetness and spontaneity in their proposal, while also relishing the prospect of choosing the perfect ring together. Although this is a unique creation, we aim to inspire others to infuse creativity into their proposals and embrace the joy of selecting or designing an engagement ring as a couple.
“For those hesitant to commit to the expense of a traditional ring just yet, the idea of a chocolate ring also offers a budget-friendly alternative. While it remains a concept for now, we eagerly anticipate the day when couples can turn this delightful idea into a tangible symbol of their enduring love.”
